 1. Intentions    London 07 Agency, a **casting agency** and **extras agency** helping you **get work as an extra**, represents you as an independent contractor.    A non-refundable annual registration fee of R150 applies.    The agency will strive to secure work for you in film, TV, and commercial productions but does not guarantee work.    You grant London 07 Agency power of attorney to negotiate contracts on your behalf.    Your personal details may be used for agency-related updates and promotions. 2. Payment    London 07 Agency will invoice on your behalf and deduct a 20% agency fee before issuing payment.    Direct payments for work not arranged by London 07 Agency are prohibited.    Payment will only be made once the production company pays the agency.    Movie payments are typically processed within 4-6 weeks from the first shoot date.    Commercial payments take 8-12 weeks or 45 working days. Additional usage payments may take up to two months.    The agency will process payments within 10 days of receiving funds.    Payments are made via bank transfer only. If a production company fails to pay, the artist will unfortunately not be paid. 3. Disciplinary Procedures    The agency reserves the right to discontinue representation due to:    Late arrival on set.    Use of illegal substances.    Unjustified cancellations may result in a penalty equal to the full day rate unless a doctor’s note or proof of a death in the family is provided. 4. Terms of Engagement    This agreement constitutes the full understanding between London 07 Agency and the independent contractor.    The contractor is not an employee, agent, or representative of London 07 Agency and is responsible for their own taxes. 5. Liability    London 07 Agency is not responsible for the artist’s personal safety, health, or lost or damaged belongings.    Artists must handle their own tax-related obligations. 6. Illegal Substances    Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.    Legal action may be taken against any artist found violating this rule. 7. Communication    Artists must remain in communication with London 07 Agency when selected and while travelling to set.
